This lavish hotel is elegant and exudes an old-world charm. There's an incredible rooftop restaurant that has stunning views and the food is delectable. The rooms can a bit pricey for what's offered, unless you get a room with a view over the Spanish Steps. The quality of service varies from outstanding to snobby.
