Verdi's rooms and Maria Callas's suite need to be seen, even if you don't stay in them. This classy hotel has a perfect location. The regular rooms have an old-world charm, but can vary greatly in size. However, the staff is great, the gym has nice equipment, and the restaurant has delicious food.

Don Carlos Restaurant serves traditional Italian cookery inspired by seasonal dishes of locally grown ingredients. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday with American buffet breakfast served from 6.30am to 10.30am; lunch – from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner (only on Sunday) – from 7.30pm to 10.30pm. In addition, Restaurant & Bar Caruso welcomes its guests for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7.30pm to 12.45am Monday-Sunday. At the same time, Gerry’s Bar is a perfect place for an aperitif or a quick lunch. Together with the American Bar it is open until the midnight.
