The Continental Hotel Venice is situated in the heart of the Cannaregio quarter on Canal Grande in Lista di Spagna, just before the beginning of Strada Nova, one of the city's main pedestrian streets and the most picturesque stroll which runs between Venice's Santa Lucia train station and leads to Rialto. You are offered to visit Palazzo Labia, Ca' Vendramin Calergi, site of Venice's casino, a splendid example of Renaissance architecture, which hosted the famous musician Richard Wagner, the Gallerie dell'Accademia and Biennale di Venezia.

The architecture of this 3-star construction dates back to the 15th century when the noble Frizier family had it built to use as their residence. After the recent renovation it features tasteful and typically Venetian exteriors, while the interior exudes the ambiance of a great elegant hotel, starting right from the lobby.

All 93 air-conditioned guestrooms, including variety of single, double and triple rooms, are equipped with private bath, hairdryer, direct telephone, safe, colour satellite TV with remote control, security box and minibar. The venue also comes with lobby, large hallway, where the lovely terrace is located, the breakfast room, with a vast assortment of dishes, buffet, and the restaurant, for candlelit dinners serving typical Venetian cuisine specialties and the cocktail bar.
