Panoramic Suite (225sqm) has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.

Presidential Suite (667sqm) features spectacular view of the Arabian Gulf from the 24th floor, spacious living area, private bar, dining area with kitchen, separate butler entrance, library, reception style lounge on the lower level and master bedroom and second bedroom, each with adjoining bathroom on the upper level.

Royal Suite (780sqm) offers lavish interior and furnishings, private elevator, private cinema, master bedroom with rotating four-poster canopy bed, marble bathrooms with spa bath, marble and gold staircase, mahogany furniture.

Dining options

Al Iwan serves finest Arabic cuisine in the intimate atmosphere next to the lobby fountain, with golden columns and marvelous sea view. The restaurant is open from 12pm to 3.30pm for lunch and from 6pm to 12am for dinner.

Al Mahara offers delicious seafood prepared by Michelin Star trained Chef Mansour Memarian in charming atmosphere accentuated by the beautiful aquarium with exotic fish. The restaurant is open from 12.30pm to 3pm for lunch and from 7pm to 12am for dinner.

Al Muntaha is known for outstanding modern European cuisine at some 200m above sea level with fantastic views of the Jumeirah beach, The Palm and World Islands. The restaurant is open from 12.30pm to 3pm for lunch, from 10am to 3.30pm for Friday brunch and from 7pm to 12am for dinner.

Bab Al Yam is a poolside restaurant, located at the base of the hotel next to the private pool, which provides buffet-style international cuisine at price of AED 295 per person for dinner. The restaurant is open from 7am to 10.30am for breakfast, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm for lunch, and from 7pm to 12am for dinner.

Juna Lounge serves rare whiskies and wide choice of Cuban premium cigars in relaxed sophisticated atmosphere. The lounge is open daily from 12.30pm to 1am.

Junsui offers Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Korean dishes prepared by Asian chefs in front of the guests. Stylish restaurant is open from 7am to 10.30am for breakfast, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm for lunch, from 2.30pm to 5pm for Asian afternoon tea and from 6pm to 11.30pm for dinner.

Majlis Al Bahar provides tasty drinks and Mediterranean meals in romantic atmosphere on the beach with enchanting view of Burj Al Arab. The restaurant is open from 7pm to 12 am for dinner. From June 1 to September 30 Majlis Al Bahar is closed for dinner.

Sahn Eddar serves international food in a luxurious interior with marble, mosaic and fantastic water display. Breakfast is offered at price of AED 190 per person from 8am to 11am, afternoon tea is served at price of AED 375 per person with Champagne and AED 325 per person with non-alcoholic drinks from 1pm to 6pm, high tea is offered at price of AED 245 per person from 7pm to 8pm.

Skyview Bar is a stylish lounge that serves afternoon tea and great international cocktails in a cozy atmosphere at 200m above the sea level with breathtaking views. The bar is open daily from 12pm to 2am, from 1pm to 6pm for afternoon tea and from 7pm to 2am for drinks.
